Refund policy

Exchange / Returns / Refund / Warranty

All purchases include a 90-day trial. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it within 90 days of shipping - no questions asked.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange your purchase for the same or similar item, send us an email at info@ruebelgear.com. Keep in mind that the 90-day trial period does not start over if you exchange your purchase.

Returns and Refunds

All purchases may be returned within 90 days of shipping for a full refund*. If you are not satisfied with your purchase within the 90 day trial period, simply contact us at info@ruebelgear.com, and we will provide you with a return shipping label*.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and to let you know your refund has been processed*.

*North America only. Shipping fees for international customers are not included at this time.

Ruebel Lifetime Limited Warranty

This limited warranty extends to the original purchaser or, in the case of a gift, the original recipient of the product.

Ruebel Limited warrants that its products shall be free from defects related to material and workmanship. If such a defect appears, the luggage will, at Ruebel Limited’s discretion, be repaired or replaced within 30 days of its receipt.

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY APPLIES TO THE FOLLOWING DEFECTS:
Cracks or breaks in the shell;
Wheels, handles, or telescoping handles that break off and are no longer usable;
Zippers that can no longer be opened or closed; and
Fabric tears that render front pocket fabric non-functional.

THIS LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER THE FOLLOWING:
Use it in a manner incompatible with intended design;
Repairs made by unauthorized personnel;
“Cosmetic Damage” which is defined as scratches, dents, dings, scuffs, stains, color changes, normal wear and tear, technological obsolescence, or other non-functional changes in the appearance of the product that occur during normal handling and use of the product by any party and which do not impair the functionality of the product;
Replacement of any non-defective pieces in the product (for example, if you purchase Luggage with multiple components and only one component is defective, then we will only replace the defective component);

Any product sold by resellers who are not authorized retailers; and
Products sold “as-is”, “preconditioned”, “reconditioned”, “used”, “comfort return”, “returned”, “previously owned”, or any other similar wording indicating that the product is not “new” or of “first quality”, or has previously been purchased or used by another consumer.

In the event of a Defect, Ruebel’s sole and exclusive liability and your sole remedy under this limited warranty will be, at Ruebel’s option, to repair or replace the product. Replacement may be provided in a colour different from the product you originally purchased. For limited edition, discontinued or out-of-stock items covered under the limited warranty, Ruebel guarantees only replacement of a product with equal or greater retail value and does not guarantee exact replacement of the same limited edition, discontinued or out-of-stock item.

The limited warranty is non-transferable and not applicable to commercial or rental use.
